What fastpace is betting on you
Customers betting their compliance posture on fastpace deserve symmetry. This page is the founder's public-commitment ledger — unilateral commitments, refundable in writing, tracked over time with hit/miss outcomes for everyone to see. The asymmetric trust signal that complements the outcome metrics and SLA pricing.
Open commitments
First 10 paying Team customers — 80% audit-chain coverage in 12 months, or full refund.
I'm betting fastpace's product on a measurable outcome: the first 10 customers who sign onto a Team subscription will reach ≥80% audit-chain coverage (as measured by `fastpace audit coverage`) within the first 12 months of their subscription, or fastpace will refund their full year of payments.
This is a unilateral commitment — it does NOT require negotiation, contract amendment, or a sales conversation to invoke. If you're one of the first 10 paying Team customers and your signed outcome snapshot at month 12 shows audit-chain coverage <80%, email refunds@fastpace.net with the snapshot file attached. Full refund within 10 business days.
Why this specific commitment: audit-chain coverage is the cross-cutting metric that proves AI dev is fully audited. If fastpace can't get a real customer to 80% in a year, the product hasn't earned its compliance pitch. I'd rather refund 10 customers and learn fast than retain bad-fit deals.
Customers covered: any Team-tier customer (annual or monthly billing) whose first paid invoice posts between 2026-06-01 and the date fastpace.net/pricing first lists more than 10 closed Team subscriptions on the trust portal's customer-count signal. The cap is 10 first-paying customers, not 10 first-asking customers.

Closed commitments
No closed commitments yet. As open commitments resolve at their period end, they land here with the hit/miss outcome — refunded amount, customer count, and a one-paragraph "what we learned" note.
Why publish this
Most vendor "trust pages" publish what the vendor is promising right now. This ledger keeps every past commitment visible too — so prospects can evaluate fastpace's hit/miss rate on commitments over time, not just the commitment in front of them.
The rule for what lands here: it has to be unilateral, refundable, and measurable from data the customer controls. No "we'll try harder," no "subject to mutually-agreed criteria," no "at fastpace's discretion."
If you have a commitment shape you'd want a vendor to make and you think fastpace should make it publicly, email richie@fastpace.net. Specific shapes that won the customer beat generic shapes every time.
